Olivia Smith is our Client Relations Coordinator and is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when connecting with our office. Olivia plays an essential role in creating a positive client experience, ensuring every individual feels heard, supported, and valued from their very first interaction with our team. She also plays a key role in helping with day to day operations.

Olivia’s professional background is rooted in education and mentorship. She has served as both a college adviser and a student teacher, experiences that strengthened her passion for guiding and supporting others through important life decisions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Kansas, where she developed the communication and organizational skills she now brings to her role each day. Her approachable personality and genuine care for others help create a warm and reassuring environment for every client who walks through our doors.

Outside of the office, Olivia loves spending quality time with her husband and their sweet two-year-old son. You can often find her reading, exercising, or running her toddler clothing company. She values staying active, pursuing her entrepreneurial goals, and making meaningful memories with her family.
