Rachel Stander

Rachel Stander is a Legal Assistant working with attorney Amanda Brauninger. She works with clients daily, drafting documents and corresponding with financial advisors to ensure proper funding of estate plans. Rachel also walks our clients through these legal documents during signing appointments. Rachel’s attention to detail and steady approach make her a valuable resource for both our attorneys and the individuals we serve.

Rachel’s educational background reflects her dedication and strong work ethic. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kansas. During her time at KU, she was named to the Dean’s List from 2020–2024, demonstrating her consistent academic excellence. Her previous experience as an Assistant Paralegal and Assistant Manager further strengthened her organizational, communication, and leadership skills, all of which she brings to her role today.

Outside of the office, Rachel is self-proclaimed best friends with her cat and enjoys spending her free time reading, thrifting, and watching movies. She appreciates creative outlets and cozy weekends, and she brings that same thoughtful and calm energy into the work she does for our clients.
